I`m lookin into the costs of building one from scratch at the moment, and how long it will take.When I say `I` what I really mean is a boat yard in Suffolk,UK. 
I wondered if there was a second verse to that song, as in Moby Dick, some sailors are about to break into the second verse when Dagoe stops them. 
Anyway I`m off. Out theres a Tope with my name on it! (its a little shark, `bout 4ft long, not a porker!)

If you click on the `Inner city Kids` link on the main page it`ll explain. But basicly its something I`m developing to help raise funds(for restoration or rebuild)and to make the process a worthwhile cause. better to be stuck in the ocean on a great boat ride than a bus in the ghetto.

Orca in Jaws the Revenge

Just some information to pass on for all. I just bought the Jaws the revenge DVD. I know what your thinking...that movie sucked ass...true. 

The budget was so low they filmed the opening credits role going through the Amity set in Hollywood. When you get to the credit of Production Designer you will see the Orca. If you have a DVD player it is plain as day. If you don`t, try to freeze frame it and you will see the crows nest and the top of the Orca where you steer from above. 

So....if you want to get technical.....the last time the Orca was in a "Jaws" movie was Jaws the Revenge when they filmed in 1986-87. 

I know you must think I am very anal for seeing things like this in the film, but when it comes to the Orca, you have to feel for that old ship. 

I hope everyone is watch the opening of that terrible movie just to see the Orca again.

How dare you bad mouth Jaws 4... It had Micheal `Bloody` Cain in it!!! 
How`s this for a huge blooper then... when the guys being chased through that sunken wreck in Jaws 4 you can see the mechanical supports for the shark dragging it through the corridors! (Look at the bottom of the screen) 
But you are right, the Orca is the king of boats

Heck, I spotted that the first time I saw that bloody ol` flick! Me boat rules the seven seas! Y`know I remember one time I was in the carribean an` I spotted this pirate ship. It was a dark and stormy night. Me an` the Chief an Hoop pulled up along side. Swear by me fishin` pole it was a pirate ship, straight out o` the 1700`s! Didn`t look like no one was aboard, so we went on board to have a look-see. Well, we looked around, didn`t see nothin` but some skeletons. Y`know, nothin` you wouldn`t expect to see on a ghost-ship. Anyways, I was startin` to get a little bored, so I says to the Chief "I`m bored. Let`s go." Well, we went back to the Orca an` low an` behold she`s gone! Like she vanished in thin air! It was the wierdest damn thing! Anyway, we was pretty puzzled. So we looked around, figurin` there must be some curse or some bloody thing like that. But I wasn`t about to let a bunch o` stupid bloody pirates that been dead a couple hunerd years get the better o` ol` Quint! So I yelled out "Hey! Spooks! Come on out an` show yerselves! This here`s Quint!" Well, this spook-pirate comes out an` goes "Yer gonna walk the plank, mate!" An` I says "Like hell I am! Who`s gonna make me?" An` he goes "We is!!" An` then all the skeletons starts comin` to life. An` Hoop says "Oh, crap!" An` I says "Yeah, Hoop. My thoughts exactly." An` the Chief says "What do we do, Quint?" An` I says "What the bloody hell do you think we`re gonna do? Grab a weapon an` fight!" So we grabbed whatever we could find, cutlasses, knives, whatever. An` the skeletons started comin` at us an` we fought. I tell ya, ya shoulda seen me! I fought like a maniac! Cut them skeletons right up! The Chief an` Hoop looked like a couple o` idiots tryin` to fight `em off. But in the end they got to be too much even for me! We was cornered up on the forecastle. All them skeletons comin` outta nowhere it seemed. Every time we`d chop one up, it`d just get right back up and come at us again! So I says to Hoop, "This ain`t good! Hoop, you got any ideas?" An` he says, "Well, I have this anti-matter flux-converter I`ve been working on. I have it in my back pocket." An` I says to him, "What`ll that do?" An` he says "It`ll reverse the polarity of the neutron flow surrounding this ship. Theoretically it`ll send this ghost-ship back to its own dimention." "Great," I says, "do it." "But the problem is," he says, "if the setting is even a fraction of a millimeter off, it could blow up the entire planet!" An` I says to him (mind you, the skeletons are still comin` at us through this whole conversation), I says "What the bloody hell are you buildin` somethin` like that for? Never mind. Just try an` make it work!" So he pulls the gizmo out of his pocket and fiddles with it a bit an` then pushes a button. An` all the skeletons just disappear like poof! An` I says "Great work, Hoop!" But the Chief goes "But wasn`t the pirate ship supposed to disappear?" An` Hoop says, "Oh, no! I had the dimagnatromic energy flow set in the wrong direction!" An` I says, "What`s that mean?" An` he says, "It means we have about fifteen minutes before a 600 foot radius around this pirate ship is engulfed in a miniature black hole!" An` I just flip out on him. "WHADDAYAMEANWEGONNABESUCKEDINTOABLACKHOLE!!!!????" An` the Chief says, "Well, we better get out of here!" An` I go, "HOWWEGONNAGETOUTTAHEREWEDONTKNOWWHERETHEORCAIS!!!" An` Hoop says, "I think I might be able to solve that. If I can use my tricorder to lock on to the Orca`s fuel signature, I might be able to get us back." "WELLDOIT!!" I shout. So Hoop uses his gizmo and fiddles with it a bit an` says, "Got it! About a hundred yards south-southwest!" An` the chief says "How are we gonna get there?" An` I go, "Leave that to me." So I go right over to the tiller and steer the ship in the right direction. `Fore ya know it, we come in sight o` the Orca! So me an` the boys is about to go aboard but we`re stopped by this invisible barrier! An` then this boomin` voice comes up an` says "HALT!! You have defiled our resting place! To acheive your freedom, one of you must enter into hand-to-hand combat with me!!" An` I says, "Okay, you slimy sea-snake! Come an` get it!" An` then the boards o` the deck crack an` up comes this thirty-foot tall pirate-zombie! An` he goeparts 2

Another Idea would be to get the blueprints for the Warlocks class and modify the craft accordingly once it is built.
